Terms and Conditions – Creative Retreat at Els Sìgols.
1. Booking and Payment Conditions.
The total price per person in a shared double room is 1,950.00€ payable in three instalments of 650.00€ each.

For bookings made less than 90 days before the retreat, payment will be split into two payments:
50% at the time of booking.
50% 30 days before the retreat.
If the retreat is sold out, participants may request to be placed on the waiting list.
2. Participant Cancellations.

3. Delays and Unexpected Events.
No refunds or discounts will be given for late arrivals, early departures, cancelled flights, travel delays, or illness.
In such cases, a voucher will be issued for another retreat within 6 months.
4. Cancellations by the Organiser.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the retreat will be cancelled 90 days prior to the scheduled start date:
Refund of 50% of the amount paid or a voucher valid for 6 months.
In the event of force majeure (severe weather, political unrest, acts of government, pandemics, etc.), refunds will depend on the organiser receiving refunds from third parties to whom payments have already been made.
The organiser will not reimburse additional expenses such as transportation tickets or accommodation booked by the participant.
5. Grounds for Non-Acceptance or Removal from the Retreat.
Participation will be denied (with no right to refund) in the following cases:
Full capacity reached.
Minimum age requirement not met (18+).
Failure to make required payments.
Breach of organiser’s rules, including sobriety requirements.
Violent, disruptive, or aggressive behaviour; excessive consumption of alcohol or drug use; any behaviour endangering the safety or wellbeing of the group.
Clothing or symbols promoting violence, discrimination, or violating fundamental rights.
6. Insurance and Liability.
Participants are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance covering cancellations, accidents, or illness.
The participant declares they are physically and mentally fit to take part in the retreat and releases the organiser from liability for incidents beyond its reasonable control.
7. Communications.
All communication will be made via the email addresses and phone numbers provided during registration.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by Spanish law.
Both parties expressly submit to the courts of Tarragona, Spain.
